Canceling a question
While a question is live, you can cancel it from its results page. Answers already given are paid for; the rest of the reserved credits come straight back to your balance. The confirmation shows the exact amount.
Questions that close short or are refused
- If fewer heads answer than you asked for, you pay only for the answers you got.
- If a question breaks our acceptable use policy, it's refused before anyone sees it and nothing is spent.
Disputing a result
If you think something went wrong with a result, dispute it within 7 days of it closing, from the results page. A person reviews it. If we agree, you get the credits back and a credit note.
Refunds of unused credits
- If you bought as a consumer: you can cancel within 14 days of buying and get back any credits you haven't used.
- Anyone: we'll refund unused credits at the price you paid when you close your account, less any bonus credits.
