We don't use your questions, the answers you buy or the reasons heads write to train AI models, and we don't sell them.

What we use AI for

We use AI only to do things for you:

  • Summaries. When a question gets written answers, a model groups them into themes so you can see what they think at a glance.
  • Translation. Written answers and reasons are translated into the language of the person who asked.
  • Question review. While you write a question, a model can suggest clearer wording. Before heads see it, a model can check it against our rules.
  • Image screening. Every image uploaded with a question is checked before it is stored or shown to heads.

What we never do

  • We never use your questions, the answers you buy or the reasons heads write to train AI models.
  • We never sell them.
  • We never send the model who a head is, their device, their country or their verification results. It gets the words, the option each answer picked, or the image.

Where it runs

All of this runs on Cloudflare Workers AI. Cloudflare is our hosting provider and processes the data on our instructions. It's listed on our subprocessors page.

Who sees what

  • The person who asked sees the summary, the translations and every written answer, never who wrote them.
  • Heads see the question once it has passed our checks. They don't see summaries.
  • 50heads staff see a question when the check holds it for a person to look at.

A summary doesn't replace the answers. You can still read each written answer in the result.
