Hear from verified people before the meeting.
Settle it before the meeting, not during it. Product, design, marketing and growth teams use 50heads to test names, screens, copy and creative with verified people.
One team balance, clear roles
Invite people by email as Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer or Billing. Members ask from the team's credits, everyone in the team sees its questions, and each one shows who asked.
Spend limits and usage
Give anyone a monthly limit. See what each person spent this month, and an audit list of who asked, topped up or changed a role.
Separate API access and spend controls
Each person or agent gets its own API key or connection for the team, with its own daily cap. Spending comes from the team's credits and stays within that person's monthly limit.
Invoices and bank transfer
Invoices made out to the team on every top-up. Pay by card, or by bank transfer in pounds, dollars, euros or Canadian dollars for larger packs.
Data processing agreement and subprocessors
A data processing agreement, a public subprocessor list and results that never identify a person.

- Which of three product names people would trust
- Which onboarding screen people understand first time
- Which ad image people would stop scrolling for
- Whether a price feels fair, expensive or cheap
- Which packaging stands out on a shelf photo
- Ask your own customers or staff through a private link

Zaps will also be able to start when a question finishes, closes short of answers or your credits run low. Asks will spend your team's credits, up to a daily cap you set.

Your email domain, your rules
Prove your organisation owns its email domain by adding one DNS record. We check the record every day.
Once the domain is verified, an admin can let colleagues with an email address on it join your team as viewers, or ask new colleagues to come in through your organisation rather than open a personal account. Both are off until an admin turns them on, and existing personal accounts are never changed.
We're turning this on for organisations gradually. Contact us if you'd like it for yours.
Single sign-on is coming too. Once your domain is verified, colleagues can sign in with the account they use at work, through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or another provider that uses OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0, and an admin can make it the only way in. We're rolling it out to organisations gradually.
Automatic provisioning is on its way as well. Your identity provider, such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, can add colleagues to your teams, set their roles from their groups and remove them when they leave. We're rolling it out gradually.
An audit log you can export is coming too. Admins see who changed what in your organisation and its teams, and can export it as JSONL or CSV, keep it for up to ten years and place legal holds. We're rolling it out gradually.

Tell us roughly how many questions you ask a month and we'll set up invoicing and the right pack.
