Credits are bought on the web, at 50heads.com/app/credits. You can't buy them in the app.

Packs

Packs start at €24. Bigger packs come with bonus credits, from 2% to 10%. The pricing page lists every pack in your currency.

Paying

  • Card: through Stripe, in pounds, dollars, euros or Canadian dollars. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment. Your first card purchase can be up to €115.
  • Bank transfer: for Medium packs and up. We give you account details and a reference for your currency. Credits arrive when the transfer does, usually within a business day. Always use the reference.

Teams can ask about invoices with 14-day terms. Talk to us.

Automatic top-up

In Credits, switch on automatic top-up, choose a pack and the balance that triggers it. We use your saved card. If a top-up fails, we tell you and pause it.

Expiring credits

Credits are valid for a long time, but not for ever: the Credits page shows any credits due to expire, with dates, and we email you before they do. Spending uses the oldest credits first.

Credits can't be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, except as a refund under our refund policy.
