For heads

We send a small number of notifications, each of which you can turn off in You, then Notifications:

  • Questions waiting: when there's something to answer in your language.
  • Money ready: when pending earnings become available.
  • Payout sent: when a withdrawal leaves.
  • Tier updates: when a verification finishes, or a re-check is due.

We never send notifications at night in your time zone, except for payouts you started.

For requesters

In Settings, then Notifications, choose emails for:

  • a question being answered;
  • credits running low, or credits due to expire;
  • a weekly digest of your questions.

Developers can use webhooks instead of email.

Marketing emails

We only send them if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
