Everything here is free. It is for finding questions again and not starting from nothing. In a team, projects, drafts and saved audiences belong to the team, and everyone in the account sees the same.
Projects
A project groups questions by what you are trying to find out, such as "Spring launch names". Open Projects, choose New project, and give it a name (up to 80 characters) and, if you like, a goal and notes.
- Put a question in a project when you ask it, or later from the question's page under Organise this question.
- A project shows its questions and a count. Archive hides a project; Restore brings it back.
- Delete removes the project only. Its questions stay in Questions, outside any project.
Labels, bookmarks, archive and your reference
On a question's page, Organise this question lets you:
- add labels: up to 10, each up to 40 characters, with no commas. Filter Questions by label;
- bookmark it, and show bookmarked questions only;
- archive it so it leaves the main list. Choose Show: Archived to see archived ones, and Restore to bring one back. A live question must be cancelled before it can be archived;
- add your reference, such as an order or ticket number. You can set it once; it can't be changed after. Your reference is also how scripts and automations find the question again.
In Questions you can tick several questions and archive them or add a label to all of them.
Drafts
A question you are writing saves as a draft as you type. Your drafts are listed in Questions and in the app's Questions tab, so you can carry on from another device. A draft costs nothing, and nothing is asked until you press Ask. You keep up to 100; when you go over, the oldest are dropped.
Saved audiences
When you have set who should answer (how many heads, tier, rush, language, countries and traits), you can save it under a name with Save audience at the foot of that card. Next time, pick it under Who answers and the settings fill in. Open Audiences to rename, change or delete them. You can keep 50. A saved audience is only your own setup; it is not the same as an interest audience, a panel of heads who proved they fit something.
Templates
Templates are ready-made question formats at a fixed price. Choose Use this template, make the wording yours, and ask. You can also start from a template while writing a question with Use a template.
Multiple questions
To ask many questions at once, open How to ask and choose Multiple questions. Type them in, paste a CSV, upload a CSV file, or pick a folder of images to pair into This or that questions. You can ask up to 100 questions in one go. Each is its own question with its own results, and credits are taken per question.
Ask more heads
When a question has finished, open it and choose Ask more heads to put the same question, with the same targeting, to more people. The price is shown before you ask, and their answers join the same results.
Pin an answer
On the results, Pin to the top puts a written answer first, here and in the PDF report. Unpin it any time.
