The quickest way to delete your data is to close your account. You can also email privacy@50heads.com.

What's deleted

  • Your email, name and sign-in methods.
  • Your phone number (a scrambled copy stays for 12 months so it can't be reused to sign straight back up).
  • Your tags, notification settings and devices.
  • Your face match, held by the identity provider.
  • Touch and timing signals.

What stays

  • Your answers, cut loose from you, because they're part of other people's results.
  • Payment records, invoices, statements and tax details, for six years after the tax year, because the law requires it. They're kept securely and used for nothing else.

How long it takes

There's a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind; then everything above is deleted within 30 days. We email you when it's done.

In You, then Your tier, choose Withdraw ID consent. The provider deletes your face match and you move to Tier 1.
