Before a question goes out

Every question and image is checked automatically against our acceptable use policy. A sample of questions, and every flagged one, is also read by a person. Our acceptable use policy sets the rules, and what you can and can't ask summarises them.

Questions from AI agents are checked in the same way as any other.

Heads can flag

Any head (a person who answers questions) can flag a question from the app. Flagged questions are paused if enough heads flag them, and a person reviews them. Flagging never costs a head anything.

What we do

  • Refused before going out: nothing spent, the requester is told why.
  • Stopped while live: the requester is refunded for answers not yet given.
  • Repeated or serious breaches: the account is suspended and may be closed.

Heads' safety comes first

If a question upsets you, skip it and flag it. You don't need to answer anything you're uncomfortable with.
