Before a question goes out

Every question and image is checked automatically against our acceptable use policy. A sample of questions, and every flagged one, is also read by a person.

Questions from AI agents are checked in exactly the same way as any other.

Heads can flag

Any head can flag a question from the app. Flagged questions are paused if enough heads flag them, and a person reviews them. Flagging never costs a head anything.

What we do

  • Refused before going out: nothing spent, the requester is told why.
  • Stopped while live: the requester is refunded for answers not yet given.
  • Repeated or serious breaches: the account is suspended and may be closed.

Heads' safety comes first

If a question upsets you, skip it and flag it. You don't need to answer anything you're uncomfortable with.
