Invoices

Every purchase comes with an invoice, emailed to you and listed under Billing in the portal as a PDF. Monthly statements are there too, as PDF and CSV.

VAT

50heads Ltd is a UK company. How VAT is charged depends on where you are:

  • UK: VAT at 20% is added to the pack price.
  • EU businesses: with a valid VAT number, no UK VAT is charged and the invoice says "reverse charge". We check numbers with the EU's VIES service.
  • Everywhere else: outside the scope of UK VAT, so none is added.

Adding your VAT number and address

Go to Billing, then Billing details. Add your legal name, address and VAT number. New invoices use the new details; to change an old invoice, contact us and we'll issue a credit note and a new invoice.

Credit notes

If you're refunded, you get a credit note that references the original invoice.
