Heads are people answering in spare minutes. Some questions aren't fair to put to them, and some would make results unsafe to use. We refuse:
- Questions about private individuals: "Is this person attractive?", "Would you trust my ex?". Public figures in their public role are fine.
- Hate or harassment of any group or person.
- Sexual content, or images of nudity.
- Election persuasion: testing messages meant to change how people vote in a live election.
- Medical, legal or financial advice presented as advice to act on.
- Collecting personal data: asking for names, contact details, locations or anything that identifies the head.
- Anything illegal, including infringing someone else's rights in images you upload.
Images
Only upload images you have the right to use. No faces of private individuals without their consent, no personal data such as addresses or number plates, and nothing graphic. Images are checked and re-encoded before heads see them.
What happens when a question is refused
It's stopped before any head sees it, nothing is spent, and you're told which rule it broke. If you think we got it wrong, reply to the email and a person will look.
