Subprocessors are the companies that handle personal data for us, such as our host or our payment provider. The subprocessors page lists them.

What we email

At least 30 days before we add a subprocessor, we email every account. The email names the company, what it does, which of your data it handles, where, how the data is protected when it moves, and the date it takes effect. We also email when we remove one or change how one is used, and if we call a change off.

Why you cannot turn it off

This is a legal notice about your data, not marketing. It goes to every account, even if you have turned off every other email. Its footer has no unsubscribe link for that reason. To stop all email from us, close your account.

How to object

Use the contact form before the date in the email, and tell us why. We will reply.

Without an account

If you work with us but have no 50heads account, use the contact form and ask to be told about changes. Developers can also read the list of upcoming and past changes as JSON at /v1/public/subprocessors.
