Tiers say how much we have verified about a head. Requesters choose a tier when they ask; heads see questions at their tier and below.

Prices are for a short, pick-one question. Longer questions, images and rush answers cost more and pay more in proportion.
Moving up
- Tier 0 to 1: verify your phone.
- Tier 1 to 2: verify your ID. We suggest it after 50 accepted answers. It costs $2.54, taken from your first Tier 2 earnings.
- Tier 2 to 3: by invitation, after a long record of careful answers and a payout account in your own name.
Moving down
Tiers can go down as well as up. Missing regular re-checks, or answering known-answer questions carelessly, lowers your tier. If you think we've got it wrong, you can appeal.
For requesters
Tier 1 suits names, creative and quick reads. Tier 2 is research grade and is the only tier with targeting and free-text answers. Tier 3 is for answers that must be fastest and most reliable.
